KPI – a report on the restaurant’s work on one page!
Financial reporting is certainly available at every enterprise. But management reporting is not always available! Do you analyze the restaurant’s performance indicators? Or do you receive an SMS with a report in the form of daily turnover?

So, if you request reporting from an accountant, we can get a huge amount of papers: form one, form two, counterparties, purchases, balance sheet, profit and loss, and so on …. How much time is needed to assess these indicators in detail and realistically! And you need to not only read the numbers, but also understand what you are reading.

For real control, indicators called KPI are ideal. These indicators are much more effective than just Revenue. THAT, of course, matters, but does not carry any key information about the real state of affairs!

KPI – Key Performance Indicator

Key performance indicators by which you can determine the real state of the business. Determine the effectiveness of department heads. They are not universal, everyone defines their own, depending on the desired control points. For example, Chef KPIs:

These indicators must be digitized and must be extremely understandable to employees. They have a direct link to staff income💶

The main value of KPIs is the ability to analyze and control not only the financial indicators of the enterprise. It is necessary to determine for your enterprise the places in the work where it “hurts” and strengthen control.
