To keep a current employee, you need to incur additional costs. On average, $2-$4 per day. And only!<br \/>\n\u2800<br \/>\nBut, our employee is trained, knows his process, loyal to the Company. And we have already invested in his training. This approach minimizes risks and costs!<br \/>\n\u2800<br \/>\nThe principle of &#8220;You go &#8211; Go&#8221; does not work! Learn to keep loyal employees, value them.
